Creator Agreement

1. Overview

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between content creators ("Creator," "you," or "your") and AlphaGlow AI ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") when you publish, distribute, or make available wellness content, meditations, programs, or other materials ("Creator Content") on the AlphaGlow AI platform at alphaglowai.com.

By publishing Creator Content on the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to the general Terms of Service.

2. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in your Creator Content. AlphaGlow AI does not claim ownership of any content you create, upload, or publish on the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Guided meditation scripts and recordings
• Wellness program curricula and session content
• Original written content, articles, and posts
• Original images, videos, and audio recordings
• Your personal brand, likeness, name, and reputation
• Your voice, vocal style, and speaking patterns
• Any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or techniques

3. Platform License

By publishing Creator Content on the Platform, you grant AlphaGlow AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free (subject to the Revenue Share terms below) license to:

• Host, store, cache, and serve your Creator Content to Platform users
• Display your Creator Content within the Platform's user interface
• Include your Creator Content in search results and recommendations
• Create thumbnails, previews, and promotional excerpts of your content
• Reference your content in Platform marketing materials (with your consent)

This license is limited to operating and promoting the Platform. AlphaGlow AI will not sell, sublicense, or independently monetize your Creator Content outside the Platform without your explicit written consent.

This license terminates when you remove your content from the Platform. Upon content removal, we will cease distribution within 48 hours. Cached copies and backups will be purged within 30 days. The license does not extend beyond the Platform's operations.

4. Watermark & Attribution Policy

AlphaGlow AI respects creator attribution and applies the following watermark and attribution policies:

• Creator Attribution: All Creator Content displayed on the Platform will include clear attribution to you (your creator name, profile link, and brand where applicable).
• Platform Watermark: Media content (images, videos) shared or downloaded from the Platform may include a subtle AlphaGlow AI watermark to protect against unauthorized redistribution. This watermark does not claim ownership of your content.
• Creator Watermark: You are encouraged to include your own watermark or branding on original media before uploading. The Platform will not remove or obscure creator watermarks.
• Removal Requests: If you require removal of the Platform watermark for specific authorized uses, contact creators@alphaglowai.com.

6. Creator Responsibilities

As a Creator on AlphaGlow AI, you agree to:

• Only publish content for which you hold all necessary rights and permissions.
• Accurately represent your credentials, qualifications, and expertise.
• Include appropriate disclaimers when publishing health or wellness content (the Platform's health disclaimer applies to all content, but additional specificity is encouraged).
• Not publish content that constitutes or could be construed as medical advice.
• Not upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Not use the Platform to promote harmful, dangerous, or scientifically debunked wellness practices.
• Respond to legitimate DMCA takedown requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of your creator profile.

8. DMCA & Content Takedowns

AlphaGlow AI complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on the Platform, submit a DMCA takedown notice to legal@alphaglowai.com with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours and will remove infringing content promptly.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• The Platform will cease distribution of your Creator Content within 48 hours.
• Your Digital Twin (if any) will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
• Any pending revenue share payments will be processed within 30 days.
• Your creator profile will be deactivated (you may request full data deletion).
• The identity protection provisions of Section 7 survive termination indefinitely.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between creators and AlphaGlow AI will be resolved first through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the exception that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent ongoing harm (including identity theft or unauthorized Digital Twin usage).
